Uniques Supplies Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect
price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment and Importation:
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside Canada. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
Our commitment is to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. All returned goods must be in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. However, obtaining an authorization number to return a product does not guarantee merchandise will be approved for a refund or store credit until carefully inspected. Returned items may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
If merchandise is received damaged or missing Uniques Supplies must be notified 48 hours by email. If damaged, we would like pictures when possible.
No returned merchandise will be accepted after 10 days unless full agreement has been established between the parties. Please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly marked on the return label. Orders returned without the proper agreement or Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted as being returned to sender.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE THAT HAS DAMAGE OF ANY TYPE VISIBLE

Returned merchandise must be received in “AS NEW” condition including all accessories, cables, and all items in the original packaging.

Uniques Supplies privacy practices are in accordance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations. Personal information will not be disclosed for purposes other than for those which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law.
All transactions are on a cash basis accepting Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover with no COD shipping.
