All custom orders require a 50% deposit for non-stocked items reason being it is specially ordered from our sources of supply with a NO RETURN policy on special orders.

Every possible effort has been made as the accuracy of sizes, colours, of product lines accepting no responsibility when errors of this nature occur. Customers requiring absolute confirmation of a products specifications need contracting us in writing requesting what they call me.

Prices are subject to change at any given time without notice for numerous conditions outside our control in Canadian Dollars with every effort possibly made keeping website pricing current.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our commitment is to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. All returned goods must be in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. However, obtaining an authorization number to return a product does not guarantee merchandise will be approved for a refund or credit until carefully inspected.

Returned items may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Please also note that you will have to pay the return cost for the product.

If merchandise is received damaged or missing Unique Supplies must be notified  within 48 hours by email. If damaged, we would like pictures when possible.

​

No returned merchandise will be accepted after 30 days unless full agreement has been established between the parties. Please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly mark on the return label.

Orders returned without the proper agreement or Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted as being returned to sender.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE THAT HAS DAMAGE OF ANY TYPE .

                                         RETURNED ITEMS:

Returned merchandise must be received in “AS NEW” condition including all accessories, cables, and all items in the original packaging.
